Terms of Service

1. The Service

Postberry is a social media management platform that lets teams connect social accounts (starting with TikTok), view profile and performance data, and schedule or publish content to those accounts from one dashboard. Features may change over time as we add or improve functionality.

2. Accounts and teams

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Teams let you collaborate with others; team owners and members must only invite people who are authorized to access that team's data.

3. Connecting social accounts and publishing

When you connect a social media account, you authorize us to access data from that platform on your behalf for display within the Service, and to publish content to that account when you or your team members use the Service's publishing features. You represent that you have the right to connect each account, share its data with your team members as configured in the Service, and publish content to it.

You are responsible for the content you schedule or publish and for complying with each platform's terms, community guidelines, and advertising or disclosure rules. Platform rules may limit visibility of posts published through the Service until additional platform reviews are completed.

Connected platforms may change their APIs, permissions, or availability at any time. We may suspend or remove integrations when required by a platform or when necessary to protect the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Connect accounts you do not own or are not authorized to access
• Publish content that violates a connected platform's terms or policies
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or connected platform APIs
• Interfere with the security or operation of the Service

5. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as TikTok. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that analytics data or publishing outcomes will be complete, accurate, or uninterrupted. You use the Service at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Postberry and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
